Bernice Tuggle

Bernice Esther Miller Tuggle, 92, of Fort Scott died Monday, Sept. 7, 2009, at Guest Home Estates in Fort Scott.
She was born Dec. 15, 1916, in Hiattville, the daughter of Fredrick and Delia Crays Neth. She graduated from Fort Scott High School in 1935.
On Aug. 25, 1935, she married Ivan Miller. He died Feb. 7, 1982. On Feb. 18, 1986, she married Carl Tuggle. He died April 5, 2009.
She was a member of First Baptist Church. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting.
Survivors include two daughters, Mary Ann Miller Michael and her husband, Ernest, Redfield, and Froncie Miller Wood, and her husband, Gary, Moran; a daughter-in-law, Leona Miller, Fort Scott; two sisters, Mildred Daly and Della Mae Conner, Fort Scott; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A son, Bobby Miller, died earlier.
The Rev. Tim Davish will officiate at 11 a.m. Thursday funeral services at Cheney Witt Chapel. Burial will follow in Centerville Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday at the chapel.
